Self values

When we decided to start seriously collaborating on our professional projects, we first asked ourselves what would make us stick together, and what would be the overall frame to unleash our creativity and freedom of us as an individual while boosting co-creation and synergies as a collective.

It was an easy, smooth, and natural process of defining such values because those are the key elements that make us interested in working together.

Once we put the words into the context of the collective, we shared them among ourselves to see how they sounded when say them loudly. They resonated strongly, creating a sense of comfort between us that simply we love them all!

Let’s see what values are we talking about.

We aim to humanize organizations.

That’s why our first value is HUMAN

It is clear to us that everything we do has to be done with a people-first approach. We are convinced that awakening the human potential to adapt, create and innovate is key to the transformation of companies and organizations.

We work with joy and fun. We want to transmit to our clients our RADICAL POSITIVISM even when uphill challenges arose during the process. Our growth mindset contributes to our flexibility to adapt and to find opportunities and potential for positive impact along the way.

We love to have the big picture and the strategic vision. And we know that to reach there, we need to DIVE DEEP, ask questions, challenge the status quo, look into the details, and connect the dots. We observe, listen and feel the surroundings to get a real sense of how things are happening before daring to suggest an alternative angle.

We encourage PARTICIPATION and INCLUSION along the process because for us the transformation needs to happen from within the organization. Therefore, the ownership of the process is always in the hands of the client and the people working there. Our role is to facilitate the journey by bringing our expertise, knowledge, and kindness to make it REAL, to transform the concepts and reflections into concrete steps and actions to be done by the people of the organization.

We have learned that the transformation projects we engaged with are, in the end, an exercise of trusting the process, allowing the necessary time for things to happen and for everything to make sense.  There are no shortcuts. The real transformation takes time and dedication, it is not a sprint but a marathon. And we are here to accompany you, to cheer, and to encourage you to run the extra mile.
