When we decided to start seriously collaborating on our professional projects, we first asked ourselves what would make us stick together, and what would be the overall frame to unleash our creativity and freedom of us as an individual while boosting co-creation and synergies as a collective.
At SELF, contrary to the practice of some organizations and individuals that consider the B Corp certification as the ultimate goal, we use the B Lab Assessment as a tool to trigger deeper and meaningful conversations.
It is through what the organization does that it becomes clear what it really is, and what impact it makes internally and externally.It is about acting with clarity on the vision of the impact is looking for. Actions, no concepts!

It is much more than defining your mission, vision, and values. It goes as deep as identifying the purpose of the organization, the reason why it exists, and the fundamental goal that inspires everyone to get engaged, and to go beyond.
Transformation for us is about a journey. A journey to discover the organization from different perspectives, where the leadership takes courage and makes choices, where they learn to become and act coherently to decisions taken.
This project wasn’t the first one where we collaborated and worked together, however, it represents the beginning of our idea to create a space, a platform, where we could bring our authentic selves into a truly co-creative environment.
